The SAT Operating System for TI Calculators

Hi everyone! I am new to this forum. I would just like to let everyone know, if you would like to perform better on the SAT I Math subsection, or the SAT Math IIC test, there is a software program available for the TI-83+, TI-83+ Silver Edition, TI-84+ Silver Edition, TI-89, and TI-89 Titanium graphing calculators to help one calculate answers very quickly. Even if you know all of the equations and information to help you solve a problem, as long as you use this software correctly, you will reduce your time spent on each problem by as much as 75% or more. This software has been around since the very first administration of the New SAT in 2005, and is readily available at the following locations: The TI-89/Titanium version and The TI-83+/84+/Silver Edition can be found here: http://www.ticalc.org. The Wikipedia entry can be found here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/SAT_calculator_program, The Official SAT OS Visual Installation Guide can be found here: http://www.pdrt.org/satos.htm, Also, there is highly elaborate FAQ, commentary, and information thread at this location: http://talk.collegeconfidential.com,

Memorizing SAT vocabulary

Hey everyone! I’m starting this “project” that I hope to get people involved. I created this website that has memory techniques for memorizing SAT vocab: http://memorybuddy.webs.com/satvocab.htm , right now I only have the SAT section filled out with “memory techniques”. I’m hoping to get others to contribute with alot of their own memory techniques so that other students (including yourself!) can access the site and figure out how to remember historical figures, literature terms, definitiosn, etc. I’m especially hoping to help students who are failing classes because they have a hard to memorizing the LOADS of information that school gives to us. Thanks all who wish to contribute to this “project”! It would be great to have a website that all students can help each others

SAT Tools for Perfect Score

Hello everyone! I took the New SAT and scored in the top 1%. I started getting a lot of questions about what I did to prepare, so I wrote a booklet called “Acing the New SAT: Innovative Tips, Smart Strategies, and Straightforward Advice”. It’s sold on Amazon. I basically say all the tools and study methods that I used to raise my score to the 99th national percentile. Here is the link if you’re interested, and I hope it helps!

For the essay, the best thing to do is to go on Prepscholar’s blog and read the page where they discuss the “six examples” you can use for every essay. Here’s a link to that: http://blog.prepscholar.com/6-sat-essay-examples-to-answer-every-prompt
